Empire Elite LLC was started by David Owens in the fall of 2004. After years of working for other people in the cheerleading industry, David decided to set out to make his own name in the world of cheer. Starting out small, David built the business with the help and support of the good people of the Yukon Community Education Program. With their help David was able to secure a facility with cheer mats that could be used for tumbling classes as well his first all-star teams.
